Speakers and judges
We regularly take part in events, conferences and seminars run by other organisations or companies. Whether it’s to deliver a speech or presentation, take part in a panel debate or judge awards, we will consider all requests.
We aim to reach a wide range of industry practitioners to help raise awareness of the rules, but to help manage our limited resources, we do consider requests on a case-by-case basis and charge an appearance fee for certain events.
We do not charge for judging awards.
For-profit conferences / events £600 (£500+VAT @20%)
Internal company events £900 (£750+VAT @20%)
For events outside of London, we may ask for travel and, if appropriate, accommodation to be covered.
On occasion, we may waive the fee if it is particularly important that an ASA / CAP speaker attends an event.
